【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of mouse nerve growth factor on cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and ten cerebral infarction patients from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine treatment, and the observa-tion group was added mouse nerve growth factor based on routine treatment, the neurological function of the two groups were assessed by Scandinavian Stroke Scale, and the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were recorded. Results After 2 weeks treatment, the observation group score decreased to 18.68 ±6.34, after 4 weeks reduced to 8.71 ±3.61, the decreasing amplitude was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05);In the observation group, 24 cases were cured, 22 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases were improved, the total effective rate was 90.91%, which was better than that of control group (72.73%), P<0.05.Conclusions Conventional treatment combined with mouse nerve growth factor in the treatment of cerebral infarction can significantly improve the neurological func-tion and the effectiveness of treatment, shorten nerve function recovery rate, so it is worthy of promotion.
